A sandbag is exactly what it sounds, a bag full of sand. You can use it for many different workouts, such as dead lift,other Olympic style lifts, and you can also do presses and rows. A huge benefit of using the sandbag is that it improves your grip a ton. When you try and do any of these exercises, the grip is really difficult to get, and will keep getting better.
To make a sandbag, you need to have a duffel bag, 100 lbs of sand, small sandwich bags, large sandwich bags, and duct tape. you need to divide the sand into the 1 lbs incriments (1 1/3 cups) and put it into the small bags. Also you should make sure that the bags have the zipper lock. after you have all the sand in the bags. wrap them in duct tape, and put them 3 or 4 at a time in the bigger bags. With all these precautionary measures you wont have sand on your floor.

I like to watch video games being played.
Starcraft 2 is my favorite game to watch currently. SC2 is a real time strategy game, at a very basic level, it is chess with both players moving pieces at the same time while on steroids. SC2 is a big esports game, and a lot of show matches, tournaments are being played right now. This makes it great, because there is always some thing to watch.
