Hi guys.
so this is my first post. What i want this blog to be, is my return to form.
what i mean by that is that, i was once a good athlete. And now, well not so much.
But i also want to talk about video games. I love video games, I play them, and I watch them.
So for my workouts, I normally do a weight section, and a cardio portion.
Lets talk about today. Today, I did legs.
I did body weight squats, and lunges. Body weight squats are good at toning as well as adding explosiveness. The idea is that you are doing a high number of reps, instead of lots of weight and few reps. Lunges, are a good movement to do for balance, and stability. i also think that i could have done a lot more.
VIDEO GAMES!!!
I love video games. I own a Xbox 360, and am playing several games at this time. but I also watch alot of games. I love to watch Starcraft2, in particular I listen to Day[9], He is just an all around cool guy. He has a online show where he teaches you how to be a better gamer.
